SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time
All orders are custom-made. Standard processing time is 5–10 business days depending on the item. Complex custom visuals or apparel may require additional time.
Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location and the carrier.
Rush Orders
Rush processing is available for an additional fee. This speeds up production, not shipping time.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are automatically sent to your email once your order is shipped. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or any shipping carrier. Once the package leaves our hands, delivery speed is controlled by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, you must file a claim with the carrier. We will assist you with documentation if needed.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because all items at The Reflection Plug are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns unless the mistake is on our end.
Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

The item arrived damaged

The item arrived incorrect

There was an error made by us during customization
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide:

Photos of the issue

Photos of the packaging

Your order number
If the issue is confirmed to be our error, we will remake or refund the order.
All sales are final when:

The customer uploads low-quality photos

The customer enters the wrong name, date, or text

The customer chooses the wrong size or color

The product meets the description and quality shown
No refunds will be given for:

Buyer’s remorse

Ordering the wrong item

Processing or shipping time being within the posted schedule

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, work has already begun and cancellations are no longer possible.
DAMAGED ITEM POLICY
If your order arrives damaged:

Include:
• Order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the packaging

We will remake the item and resend it at no cost to you.
Damage claims submitted after 48 hours cannot be approved.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
Custom orders require clear, high-quality images.
We are not responsible for poor results caused by low-quality or blurry photos provided by the customer.
If we need better images, we will contact you.
For custom wording, names, or dates, please double-check spelling. We create designs exactly as submitted.
