The Reflection Plug Terms and Conditions

Agreement to Terms

By purchasing from or engaging with The Reflection Plug, you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are in place to protect both the Client and The Reflection Plug, ensuring clear expectations, mutual respect, and a smooth design process.

 Payments & Pricing

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice.

• No project will begin until full payment has been received and cleared.

• Payment confirms your understanding and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

• The Reflection Plug reserves the right to adjust pricing to reflect new design standards, materials, or business costs.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final. Due to the digital and customized nature of design services, no refunds are issued once payment has been made.

• Refunds will only be considered if The Reflection Plug is unable to complete your project due to unforeseen or personal circumstances.

• If the Client cancels or fails to provide necessary information or files, the sale remains final and non-refundable.

Drafts & Ownership

• Drafts are created for review and approval only and remain the property of The Reflection Plug.

• Clients may not copy, share, manipulate, or distribute drafts to any third party.

• Full ownership of final design files transfers to the Client upon project completion and final delivery.

• The Reflection Plug retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, or social media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Revisions

• Each project includes three (3) complimentary revisions.

• Additional revisions beyond the third are subject to a $10 per revision fee.

• Revisions are defined as minor adjustments or corrections, not complete redesigns.

Client Vision & Responsibility

• Clients are responsible for providing a clear creative direction and high-quality materials (such as logos, photos, or text).

• Poor-quality or pixelated photos may affect the quality of the final product.

• The Reflection Plug is not responsible for the outcome of designs based on low-resolution or unclear client submissions.

• Freestyle designs reflect the creative judgment of the designer and may differ from the client’s personal vision.

Turnaround Time

• Turnaround time varies by project type.

• Timelines are measured in business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and holidays.

• During peak seasons or high-volume periods, additional time (1–3 business days) may be required for completion.

• Clients are encouraged to check availability or estimated turnaround before placing an order.

File Delivery

• Completed designs are delivered digitally via email or secure download link.

• Standard file formats include PNG, JPG, and PDF.

• Additional file types or formats must be requested prior to project completion.

• Copyright registration or trademarking of any design is the Client’s sole responsibility.

Copyright & Portfolio Use

• All designs remain the intellectual property of The Reflection Plug until final payment is received.

• By completing a project with The Reflection Plug, the Client grants permission for the design to be showcased for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless stated otherwise in writing.

 Limitation of Liability

• The Reflection Plug shall not be liable for any loss, damages, or expenses resulting from delays, technical issues, or misuse of delivered content.

• The Client agrees to hold The Reflection Plug harmless from all claims or disputes arising from improper use or reproduction of delivered materials.

These Terms & Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. The most current version will always be posted on this website.

Continued use of services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
